This style of care takes time, and for this reason our appointment times are all 40minutes long. That entire 40minutes is yours alone, and your therapist will be with you for that whole appointment.
Our initial consultations run for 40 minutes at a rate of $145.
FOLLOW ON CONSULTATION
Our follow on Standard Consultations also run for 40 minutes of course and are charged at $105.
If a Clinical Pilates gym program forms part of your management you may progress to STUDIO SESSIONS when you and your therapist think appropriate. These gym sessions include up to three clients completing their own individualised programs under the supervision of one physiotherapist.
These session are also 40mins long at a fee of $60
Unsupervised use of Clinical Pilates gym (available on approval to current clients; booking required). Sessions are for 1 hour and are $25
– Notification prior to 10am the business day prior to the appointment is required required for all appointment changes/cancellations
Our full cancellation policy will be made available to you at your appointment.
Please note that once you have made an appointment, this time will be kept exclusively for you. We maintain a waiting list for appointments but, cancellation of an appointment at short notice often does not allow us time to refill a cancelled appointment time. As you will understand, this is a frustrating and expensive situation for us. Our cancellation policy is designed to reduce the impact of this on our business while avoiding excess cost to the client. It also helps those in need who are waiting for an appointment which could one day be you
Appointment changes after 10am the business day prior to the appointment will result in a $30 cancellation fee, this effectively ‘shares’ the cost of the cancellation between CCH and the client.
Failure to attend an appointment will be charged at full fee as we have no ability to recover cost in this situation.
Please make all cancellations/booking changes by phone. If the phone is unattended at the time, please leave a message. Text messages and emails are unreliable for this sort of communication however a follow up email to [email protected] with further detail may be of assistance.
