Control Centre Health is now seeking their next star recruit…..
Control Centre is growing! While Physiotherapy is our core business, we are keen to grow our clinical team with like-minded practitioners whether they be a Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Myotherapist. We seek clinicians with an interest in collaborative patient care & rehabilitation, and whose first priority is to offer effective and reliable patient-centred primary care of the highest quality. Our client base is extremely varied, spanning all ages with a broad variety of clinical presentations including general orthopaedic/ musc, sports & dance injury management and performance, perinatal, chronic/complex pain, and more. A small amount of third party work is included.
Word-of mouth referral is very strong, as is referral from medical and allied health practitioners and all current practitioners now have a waiting list for appointments. We are also provider of choice for some large employers, with whom we work closely to provide workplace assessment, injury management and prevention and co-ordinated return to work processes. We maintain a strong emphasis on active rehabilitation for most conditions, empowering clients through education and facilitation of their own self-care. A broad range of manual techniques are also employed as supportive adjuncts to this.
We offer extensive mentoring, individualised training and ongoing support to new clinical team members, the intensity and frequency of which can be tailored to the individual. Our goal is to provide you with an avenue for your own personal and career growth while becoming an integral part of our team into the future.
We seek practitioners with a true passion for achieving excellent clinical results, for teamwork and for outstanding customer service. Attributes of drive and focus, hunger for learning (and teaching!), empathy, integrity, diversity and well-developed communication skills will be highly regarded. An interest and willingness to be involved in business development and leadership roles would also be an added bonus!
Applicants with more than 12months clinical experience in their field are invited to apply. Physio/osteo candidates must have completed at least Level 1 and 2 DMA Clinical Pilates training. Part to full-time hours available with established client-base waiting for an appointment. Attractive remuneration packages offered commensurate with skills and experience.
